Hi, Got mine a couple of days ago. Art book and figure in great shape! Thank you very much for consideration to all of us whiney gamers.
I really like the art book and have shown it around at work. Based on that two of my co-workers have gone out and bought the game.
The figure feels heavier than the original, love the way it looks. I wish I had a few of them to cart around in game it, would make taking down the Big daddies easier :>)

Me neither. I'm in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and sent the request as soon as I got the game. I waited a while and then contacted 2K customer support and was told things were being worked on (I'm a patient guy so I had no problem waiting).

I tried to confirm with them that I was on the list, but I'm beginning to wonder if I was somehow missed in this. I still have the broken big daddy figurine in the box in my closet...it looks so sad with it's arms fallen off

Not too sure what to do (I tried to send Elizabeth a PM, but I'm not sure if she got it and I don't know if I should try her again or customer service? I just don't want to be a pest, but I would really like the replacement...
