How long ago did you purchase it? The thread has several replies from others who ordered from Best Buy, and they all said it took about 2-3 business days for their codes to be sent out. Some people did call customer service sooner than that and had codes sent to them in less time.

I live in Ontario Canada, I pre ordered my copy of the Ultimate Songbird Edition through Futureshop online (not my first choice buying it from FS, woulda loved to get it from EB but PS3 copies were sold out everywhere else) and I never received my code to enter Industrial Revolution. I tried contacting 2k games support through email but I haven't got a reply on there for 2+ days so I'm just wondering if anyone can do anything here? I can send screenshots of the purchase if needed. Thanks very much for your help!

Reason: clarifying some info
Hi kittcoldfire, have you tried contacting FS customer service? Please let me if they were able to assist you with this. Thanks.

Can I have some information from you?
Apologies if this has been asked and I just missed it, but is there a way for multiple people in the same household to play Industrial Revolution without having to purchase separate copies of the game?
My wife and I both played and loved BioShock and BioShock 2, and will both be playing Infinite. Since we'll both be playing on the same console under our respective profiles, we're only buying the one copy of the game, and therefore only got one code.
Is there any provision for this, which I assume has to be a pretty common scenario?
Thanks in advance for any insight.
This isn't an official answer, WHO, but so far the info we've been given points to one primary playthrough for Industrial Revolution. Your spouse can replay the puzzles, but the choices made by whomever played first will stand. Irrational did this to make the choices matter. So, for example, if you play it first and give all your support to the Founders, neither you nor she can then replay it from scratch and choose the Vox. At least, that's how I understand it.
But puzzles can be replayed as often as you want.
Thanks for the reply, japester. That's consistent with what I've read elsewhere. I wonder, though, whether the game will open up to everyone once the game's released, to allow people to acquire the in-game benefits of an initial playthrough.
I really hope in hindsight someone realizes the tag line of Pre-Order and Play TODAY was a very very bad idea.
I just ordered from the irrational store itself today and no sign of the code for IR.
Not a big deal but when you say TODAY and your customer pays good money, and your auto emailer is instant. Whats the hold up?
I'm having the same issue and agree 100%. The website should not say "Instantly play BioShock Infinite:

Jae G, Jan 14 15:14 (PST):
You shall receive your code for Industrial Revolution in a separate email very soon.
Please let us know if you do not receive the code within the next couple of business days.
These usually get sent out in a bulk email distribution list.
I purchased the premium edition on 1/8 and have not yet received the code from GameStop (USA).
I emailed their support and received this reply: "For instructions on how to redeem your code please go to GameStop.com/code and locate the title you pre ordered. From there select the system that you pre ordered the game for."
There was more but the rest (including the code) was irrelevant since the page specified has no Bioshock Infinite item in the drop-down box at the top of the page where I'm first supposed to locate the title I pre-ordered.
I'm on the phone, on hold right now, waiting for their phone support team but I've had enough: over 20 minutes on hold!
I'm hanging up and will be cancelling my pre-order with GameStop if you guys cannot somehow assist.
Hey there, FS is giving me the run around, this is from their customer service

Which doesn't make sense since this isn't DLC and ends when the game comes out doesn't it? Please help!
*Update* It's taking GameStop about 1-2 days to send out pre-order codes. Please let us know if you receive it. Thanks for your patience!

In my initial message I included my order# and apparently that wasn't good enough, I had to actually copy and paste my receipt which makes no sense. Sent the receipt and they got back to me a couple hours later with a code. I understand the chance of miscommunication between 2k and vendors like Amazon or Gamestop, but when its directly from the Irrational store there's really no excuse.
Thanks for the post, almost makes me feel worse tho, because my Customer service person told me to just wait, I've reopened the ticket and I continue to wait and wait and wait.
just received my code about 59 hours after purchase.

Yeah, sorry about that. I also just received the bulk email with another code. The whole thing is a mess.

"You can now enjoy: Bioshock Infinite Industrial Revolution Code
Activation code: *Blank Space* "
i followed the trouble shooting guide for people who have 'lost their code' and i received another email this time it says: "Activation code: Not Available"
I have contacted customer support via email and i am still awaiting a reply,i was just wondering if anyone else was having similar problems when ordering from GAME.co.uk, and was also wondering if anyone has any ideas on the sorts of waiting times to get this code, i Pre-Ordered on 13/1/2013 at 18:59 if that's at all relevant.
Update: i received a code for it early this morning,
turns out spamming Game with emails about a code will get your emails answered ^.^ (eventually)

Is Industrial Revolution only going to be available before Infinite releases, or will people who buy a new copy of the game get an access code?
no preorder code, what should i do?
I preordered from EB games Canada 2 days ago and still haven't gotten my preorder code
I have the exact same problem except that I have never received my code. I ordered on the 10th of January, 2013 and have had replies from GAME customer service telling me I'll receive my email shortly with the code. It has been two weeks now. I have sent several emails requesting help, but I'm getting no where and am now not even getting a response back from GAME. Could irrational please put some pressure on GAME to resolve this? This whole industrial revolution code issue seems to be a very common problem.

Crazy this may seem but I was thinking about holding off on redeeming more codes/keys till I get a better PC since I got the PC Version....
I pre-ordered Bioshock Infinite through a Gamestop shop but did not receive a code for Industrial Revolution :/ They only asked for phone number, not e-mail, so is it still possible to receive the code? a reply would be great, also the website for Industrial Revolution does not include Ireland as a country of choice, why is this? :\
Eoin did you book it in the shop? You should have gotten a Bioshock Infinite card with a part that you scratch off to give you your code. Did you ask for the pre order code in the shop?

Reason: added extra
No i didn't ask for the code, i forgot to. if i go back to the shop, will i receive the code? or should i wait for the games release? and thanks for clearing it up about country of choice! lol
Yeah just go back in and ask them for it, they had to go looking for mine and eventually found them out in the back..get it now before the game so you can get puzzling and unlock the in game stuff
ok great thanks ill post a reply when i get the code :3 this forum is pretty good
I want to order the Songbird edition but it is sold out many places I look...can anyone other than other fans verify if it is still for sale for any console (ps3 preferably) anywhere? I don't want to run into the problem some people have with pre-ordering and then being told on release date that it is out of stock.
Try Best Buy, last I checked it was available there, Malice.
Edit: Actually I checked right now and instead of getting the option to pre-order it said "COMING SOON"; however, I'm not sure if that's because I already purchased it or not.
It seems you'll have to buy the 360 or PC version if you want the Collector's Edition):
Thank you for the reply. I will give them a try. I am finding them available for pre-order at different places but realized some of them do not take down the pre-order option when they have sold their limit.
Also, there's a site, newegg.com, which has it, but I can't really account for its reliability or legitimacy.
I do appreciate the reply but that is why I would like someone "official" to let us know if any are available. Some retailers online do not remove the "pre-order" option when they have sold their limit.
