I need help getting into multiplayer D:
Alright, so first off I'm using a 360 with high speed internet through cox (Sorry, I'm pretty uneducated when it comes to stuff like that, so if you need to know more then ask). I have the computer in my room, so I use a wired connection to use live. Now, if it makes any significance, my main accounts gold expired a little while ago and I spent all my money on GETTING Bioshock 2, so I'm dead in the water there until I get more money. So I made another account to get the 1 month free to be able to play multiplayer. I'm not sure if that might pose some sort of problem, I'm not sure.
Now the issue is, single player runs perfectly and the multiplayer lobby/apartment runs smoothly as well. However when I try to find a match it says it's processing/looking for 5 more players and it NEVER finds anyone, it just sits there and frankly after 20 minutes of waiting, I get tired of waiting and just end the search. This happens pretty much every time I try and use multiplayer. Yesterday it worked smoothly for about an hour or so. I hit find a match and within seconds I had a group of people and I was playing and enjoyed it but then I quit and tried it again and the same problems arose. At first I thought it might have been my connection or something...but online play runs smoothly with no problems on every other game I have and have played currently and in the past, so I'm not sure what the problem here is but I really enjoy the multiplayer and just want to be able to enjoy it, so any help is appreciated.
Maybe I should move to tech support? I hate to sound impatient, I just really want to be able to play multiplayer.

I haven't had too many problem's so I can't help that much. The only issue I have had similar to yours is occasionally I won't find a match for a while, but if I just back out of that search, then try again, it works quickly.
Oh, and creating a new Live Account shouldn't cause any issues, once you get a Membership, you'll be able to continue on your old account or your BS2 account.
